Bat Control Prices

A small job, like a one or two-story house with a small colony of bats, minimal sealing, and no request for attic cleanup, is the cheapest type of job, and may run around the $589 and up range for all necessary inspection, exclusion, and repair service visits.

A medium job, like a two-story house with a larger colony of bats, and a simple attic cleanup, may run $889 and up for all necessary service visits to complete the job.

A large job, such as a commercial building, or a house in bad disrepair, with many areas to seal, a barrel tile roof, and a large colony of bats with a large cleanup job, usually run several thousand, for very large projects. If a tile roof gets infested, it often leads to a major job.

I know that price is a top concern for most customers.

I will say right off the bat* that I always strive for fairness, because it's the right thing to do. My prices are the best combination of value and quality that you will find in central Florida. There are other companies that will attempt bat control (I often have to go fix their poor work) and they will charge more than double or triple what I charge, for inferior work.

I will say second that every bat removal job is very different. There is no one-price-fits-all, any more than an auto repairman would charge one price to "fix your car". The job could be small and simple, or very large and complex. Thus, I must come to your property to do a full inspection, and I will give you a zero-pressure price quote at that time for you to review on your time.

I typically charge an $89 service fee to travel to your property and do a full building inspection, and inspection inside your attic. At that time, I will be able to review the architecture and the nature of the bat infestation, and write up a full proposal for your review. I may stay until dusk to observe the colony of bats as it emerges from your building.

Just give me a call if you have any further questions. I look forward to speaking with you!

You may even pick up some do-it-yourself tips, although I must warn you that it took me two years of training to get good at bat control. I obtained my BCI bat removal certification, and even now find many bat removal jobs very challenging. An untrained homeowner may have great difficulty doing the job safely for the bats, legally, and correctly.
